What will your day look like?
- Responsible for opening and closing production operations;
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations throughout the production process;
- Monitoring and managing employee attendance;
- Preparing daily production reports and reviewing production records and overall production status;
- Recording and reporting daily production output;
- Assigning tasks to operators and allocating staff to specific workstations;
- Training and onboarding new employees;
- Analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization measures.
Who are we looking for?
- English B2, German C1;
- 2+ years of experience in food production, 1+ year of experience in the same position in another type of manufacturing;
- Leadership skills, ability to manage staff and supervise employees;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
