NOTICE TO THE APPLICANT ON THE METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING


The company GymBeam s.r.o., with its registered office at Rastislavova 93, 040 01 Košice, Company ID No. 46 440 224, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Košice, Section 1, Insert No. 35719/V (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), is the operator of the website https://jobs.gymbeam.com/, which presents the Controller's vacant job positions, and within which interested parties are also able to express interest in a relevant job position by filling in a form, attaching an appendix, and sending them to the Controller.

As a data subject - an applicant who has expressed interest in a job position through the Controller's website, we hereby inform you about the conditions of processing your personal data in accordance with REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) of 27th  of April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").


1. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To arrange and conduct a selection procedure, including job interviews and other related selection processes, for the purpose of filling a vacant job or other similar position with the Controller.
  2. Contacting the applicant in the event of the creation or vacancy of a job or other similar position for which, in the Controller's discretion, the applicant is a suitable candidate.
  3. Creating, updating and maintaining a database of applicants.
  4. Verification of the information provided in the applicant's application and its attachments submitted to the Controller, and verification of references from third parties, in particular the applicant's current or former employers, or the data subject or another person listed as a reference person in the data subject's data provided to the Controller.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purpose stated under letter a) is the performance of a contract, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as also follows from the relevant labour law regulations.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated under letters b) to d) is your consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.


2. LIST OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with these terms, we will process the following personal data of yours, in particular:

  • first and last name;
  • academic and other titles;
  • date of birth;
  • birth number;
  • ID card number;
  • permanent residence address;
  • telephone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • account number / IBAN;
  • information on the amount of remuneration;
  • likeness or photograph;
  • information about previous employers;
  • voice sample;
  • information about studies and educational attainment, including data contained in certificates, diplomas and other documents proving educational attainment or completion of courses, training, etc.


3. PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We retain and process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. In the case of their processing for the purposes of securing a selection procedure or job interviews, the processing period is the duration of the selection procedure or job interview, at the latest until the vacant job or other similar position is filled. In other cases, i.e. in cases of processing of your personal data on the basis of consent, the processing period is 5 years from the granting of consent, or until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data. We regularly review the processing period of personal data, and if the processing period expires, or the processing of your personal data is no longer necessary for a specific purpose, we will terminate the processing and erase or anonymize the personal data.


4. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

In accordance with the purpose of the processing of personal data, your personal data may also be shared with:

  • persons directly or indirectly controlled by the Controller (in particular, subsidiaries and sister companies of the Controller, including those from other European Union countries);
  • third parties, who may include, in particular, your current or former employer or another person listed as a reference person in the data provided by you to the Controller, for the purpose of verifying the information provided in your CV and other documents.


5. YOUR RIGHTS

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation from us as to whether and under what conditions your personal data is being processed;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
  • the rectification of your incorrect personal data;
  • the erasure of your personal data or the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
  • object to the processing of personal data;
  • data portability; and
  • lodge a petition with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic to initiate proceedings on personal data protection.
