What will your day look like?
- Manage all warehouse operations including inbound, picking (in Autostore), and outbound processes;
- Monitore the performance of Inbound, picking in Autostore, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines;
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the warehouse;
- Handle the hiring and termination process of warehouse employees;
- Control employee attendance, including resolving absence-related issues;
- Organize daily morning briefings (allocation of people on the shift);
- Supervise unloading, goods receipt, and tracking based on warehouse movements;
- Supervise proper execution of work procedures across departments and monitoring operator performance;
- Report of bugs and escalations, communication with other departments.
Who are we looking for?
- English B2, Italian C1;
- 5+ years of experience in the warehouse environment and min. 2 years of experience in the shift/team leader position;
- Experience with automated warehouse systems is an advantage;
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate team;
- Ability to delegate tasks and ensure efficient operations;
- Capability to handle conflict resolution and employee concerns;
- Strong organizational skills to plan and execute the shift effectively;
- Health and safety awareness, technical skills and problem solving ability.
