What will your day look like?
- Developing creative campaigns and social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok;
- Creating engaging and on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and overall brand communication;
- Building and managing a central content plan across 16 countries, coordinating with local teams;
- Monitoring trends and proposing new formats and trend-driven content;
- Leveraging AI tools to support content ideation and creation;
- Collaborating with internal teams from concept to publication;
- Ensuring brand consistency and unified visual and communication style;
- Reacting quickly to current events and producing real-time content;
- Analyzing performance and optimizing content based on insights;
- Suggesting innovative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and social media impact.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in social media management (agency or international brand);
- Deep knowledge of major platforms, algorithms & trends (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn);
- Skilled in building and executing social media strategies and content plans;
- Excellent copywriting & storytelling; adaptable tone for diverse audiences;
- Advanced English (C1) – written & spoken;
- Proficient in AI tools for content ideation, optimization & trend analysis;
- Analytical mindset – data interpretation, reporting & performance improvement;
- Strong organization & project management across teams and deadlines;
- Creative, proactive, trend-aware, and detail-oriented;
- Passionate about digital communication, social media innovation & brand growth.
