What will your day look like?
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards, including IFS, organic (BIO) and local authority requirements;
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
- Performing inspections and laboratory analyses, including sampling for microbiological testing and issuing results;
- Ensuring the quality of raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products;
- Ensuring batch traceability and performing random checks of recipes against batch numbers;
- Monitoring production equipment and performing weight checks in line with packaging regulations;
- Releasing production orders;
- Handling complaints and organizing the delivery and dispatch of samples;
- Implementing management directives;
- Evaluating and meeting KPIs and strategic goals in the development of the Quality and Safety department.
Who are we looking for?
- English language (B2);
- Suitable for graduates, 2+ years of experience in food production or 1+ year of experience in the same position in another type of production;
- Leadership skills, experience in managing and supervising employees;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
