What will your day look like?
- Prepare tenders and administrate bidding process in line with purchasing strategies;
- Analyze supplier quotations, recommendation for sourcing decisions based on given technical project aspects;
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms;
- Analyze market trends and applies this knowledge to purchasing decisions;
- Responsibility to draft purchasing strategies with head of strategic purchasing and key internal stakeholders;
- Initiate, negotiate and perform contracts with suppliers;
- Maintain continuous improvement in contracted terms and sustainable long term relationships with key suppliers;
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power;
- Active communication with internal stakeholders and external partners;
- New suppliers scouting.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduate of university with focus on Business or Business Administration;
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Commercial and negotiation skills;
- English level: B2/C1 proficiency;
- Advanced MS Excel/Google sheets;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Proactive approach.
