What will your day look like?
- Acquisition of FMCG clients (modern & traditional trade) within the RO region;
- Manage operations of B2B customers;
- Leads communication with B2B customers;
- Manage the implementation of GymBeam commercial strategy to customers;
- Delivery customer growth;
- Negotiation of contract and annual conditions in cooperation with Head of B2B;
- Build relationship with customers;
- Researches, gathers, and analyzes data using the internal data software for analysis;
- Monitors specific goals and ensures these goals are met, particularly margin, profit and revenue.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in managing operations with B2B customers is plus;
- Previous professional experience (1–2 years) as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG is an advantage;
- English level B2;
- Romanian - native language proficiency;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy;
- Ambitious and dynamic personality.
