What will your day look like?
- Acquisition of FMCG clients (modern & traditional trade) within the PL region;
- Manage operations and communication with B2B customers;
- Manage the implementation of GymBeam commercial strategy to customers;
- Delivery customer growth;
- Negotiate contracts and annual terms in cooperation with Head of B2B;
- Build relationship with customers;
- Research, gather, and analyze data using the internal data software for analysis;
- Monitor specific goals and ensures these goals are met, particularly margin, profit and revenue.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous professional experience (1–2 years) as a B2B account or sales representative in FMCG is an advantage;
- Experience in managing operations with B2B customers is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English at B2 level;
- Polish - C2 level;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ambitious and dynamic personality.
