What will your day look like?
- Identifying and reaching out to potential B2B partners across Bulgaria;
- Opening doors through a mix of active cold outreach (calls, emails) and converting inbound interest into partnerships;
- Managing operations with existing B2B customers in Bulgaria;
- Owning and managing the entire sales process, from the first contact to the first order and beyond;
- Negotiating contracts and conditions in cooperation with the Head of B2B;
- Solving problems and operational challenges;
- Building relationship with customers to ensure ongoing growth and customer satisfaction;
- Analyzing data using our internal data software to make data-driven decisions;
- Monitoring the performance of your portfolio and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous professional experience (1–2 years) as an account manager or sales representative in FMCG is an advantage;
- English level B2;
- Bulgarian - native language proficiency;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy;
- Ambitious and dynamic personality.
