What will your day look like?
- Manage the translation process, including AI-generated translations, proofreading, quality control, and timely delivery;
- Ensure all website content is accurate, up to date, and properly maintained;
- Execute translations for local marketing activities, including blog posts and social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;
- Execute newsletter preparation and distribution;
- Create and edit video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram;
- Execute copywriting and scheduling of social media content plans;
- Manage collaboration with the Head of Local Marketing on promotions, discounts, and campaign execution;
- Manage cooperation with cross-functional teams and support ad-hoc tasks as needed;
- Analyze social media performance data and execute improvements and optimization steps;
- Execute creative campaigns, leveraging data and AI tools to identify new opportunities for brand awareness and engagement.
Who are we looking for?
- 2Y+ experience in marketing or as a social media manager;
- Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in English and Romanian;
- University degree in marketing, communication, media, journalism, or related field is a plus;
- Proven experience in social media, communications, and marketing strategy;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop) and video editing skills;
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for multiple platforms;
- Able to prepare campaign evaluations independently and generate creative ideas;
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills;
- Passion for the health industry and lifestyle.
