What will your day look like?
- Drive the growth of our existing B2B portfolio by identifying and executing new business opportunities;
- Solve the complex operational puzzles that arise between warehouse logistics, IT systems, and customer requirements;
- Act as the primary point of contact for our partners, handling their needs with a focus on effective, customer-first solutions;
- Lead negotiations for annual contracts and trade conditions alongside the B2B Director;
- Collaborate on IT and system improvements to make our B2B operations faster and more automated;
- Drive into our internal data software to analyze trends and spot opportunities;
- Bridge the gap between the customer’s reality and our internal capabilities to keep the business moving forward;
- Monitor the performance of your accounts and take initiative whenever you see a drop in performance or a missed opportunity.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy;
- Ambitious and dynamic personality;
- English level B2.
