What will your day look like?
- Provide administrative support to management;
- Prepare documents and handle ad hoc tasks;
- Participate in projects that contribute to the company's growth, and track their progress;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions;
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collect and analyze data to support projects and decision-making;
- Carry out administrative tasks related to projects;
- Adapt to new challenges and actively engage in learning.
Who are we looking for?
- 4th–5th year university student;
- Willingness to take on responsibility beyond expectations;
- High work ethic: reliability, pace, ability to prioritize + proactivity;
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build positive working relationships;
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new challenges;
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and effective expression;
- Analytical, detail-oriented thinking and effective problem-solving;
- Technical proficiency and quick learning of new tools.
