What will your day look like?
- Provision of administrative support to management;
- Preparation of documents and handling of ad hoc tasks;
- Participation in projects contributing to company growth, including progress tracking and coordination;
- Identification of process improvement opportunities and proposal of innovative solutions;
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders;
- Collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support projects and decision-making;
- Execution of project-related administrative tasks;
- Adaptation to new challenges with an active approach to learning and development.
Who are we looking for?
- University student in the 4th or 5th year of studies;
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility beyond standard expectations;
- High work ethic with a strong sense of reliability, pace, prioritization, and proactivity;
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships;
- Flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and changing priorities;
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and effective expression;
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and systems.
