What will your day look like?
- Respond to emails, phone calls;
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
- Checks the status of orders and solves the issues of the orders;
- Work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of local language;
- Call center or customer service experience preferred;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Native Ukrainian language, knowledge of english language min. B2.
