What will your day look like?
- Lead the creative and commercial direction of the clothing category by conceptualizing and launching new fashion collections in line with brand identity;
- Track and forecast fashion trends by monitoring global fashion movements, street style, social media, and competitor activities;
- Scout and source innovative designs, fabrics, and styles that resonate with target audiences and reflect seasonal trends;
- Design and curate seasonal collections, collaborating with internal design teams, pattern makers, and merchandisers;
- Oversee the full product lifecycle—from design and development to launch and lifecycle management;
- Optimize assortment planning by creating product mixes that combine fashion-forward items with core bestsellers;
- Implement quality and fit standards to ensure products meet brand expectations for craftsmanship, comfort, and durability;
- Develop and execute category strategies based on data, trends, and consumer insights to drive growth;
- Define and manage pricing strategies that reflect market positioning and brand value;
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with designers, influencers, and creative agencies to enhance trend visibility and brand relevance.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field; strong design background essential;
- 3–5 years of experience in apparel design, product development, or category management — ideally in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle clothing;
- Excellent trend awareness and creative eye for color, fabric, and silhouette; ability to turn insights into market-ready collections;
- Experience with international suppliers, sourcing, and production processes;
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D, or similar) and comfortable using 3D design tools;
- Organized and proactive; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, seasonal environment;

English proficiency (B2/C1) with strong communication and presentation skills.
