What will your day look like?
- Preparing and administering tenders in line with sourcing strategies,
- Analyzing supplier offers and providing recommendations for supply decisions based on the technical aspects of projects,
- Leading negotiations with suppliers to secure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery lead times,
- Analyzing market trends and price developments, applying these insights to purchasing decisions and identifying shifts in the balance of power between buyer and supplier,
- Co-owning the design of sourcing strategies together with the Manager of Boxpi, including regular reporting,
- Initiating, negotiating, and executing contracts with suppliers, including continuously improving contractual terms and managing the financing process,
- Building sustainable, long-term relationships with key suppliers,
- Researching and identifying new suppliers,
- Supporting internal GymBeam teams and cooperating with other departments on important matters,
- Actively communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners, including assisting with new purchasing projects.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, or supply chain,
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics,
- Advanced English (min. B2),
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills,
- Self-driven, proactive approach and results-orientation,
- Knowledge of ERP/procurement systems,
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
