What will your day look like?
- Take full ownership (with all the necessary tasks) of the store and its commercial success;
- Lead and manage the team, store operations and provide the store's smooth daily, weekly, monthly and yearly operation;
- Drive improvements in the store’s sales, efficiency and profitability, leading of the store’s budget;
- Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor;
- Placement of products (visual merchandising), planning and controlling of sales, tracking of stock;
- Creating engaging in-store content focusing on products, promotions, and customer experience OR Communicate & manage store’s presence on the social media;
- Monitoring social media trends and quickly turning fresh ideas into actionable creative projects;
- Hiring, onboarding and continuous training of shop assistants and part timers;
- Schedule staff, assignment of daily tasks and assessment of their performance;
- Ensuring health and safety regulations at the store.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a retail sales environment (nutrition/sport/fashion preferably);
- Advanced knowledge of nutrition and supplements;
- Passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle is a must;
- Strong customer and goal orientation, with a communicative, helpful, and positive personality;
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles;
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Marketing and social media communication skills are an advantage;
- Interest in content creation and social media;
- Skills in photo and video creation and editing;
- Creativity and the ability to identify engaging content opportunities directly in-store;
- Detail-oriented team player with a proven track record of leading and supporting a team;
- Willingness to continuously gain new knowledge in sport, health, food, nutrition, and supplements, including through self-education in your free time;
- Medium level of English language and Microsoft Office / Google Suite;
- German language skills are a must.
