SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

What will your day look like?

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of strategic B2B partners across the DACH region within the FMCG sector (retail, wholesale, and e-commerce);
  • Leading the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and cold outreach through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and long-term account growth;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the DACH region to expand the portfolio;
  • Independently negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial conditions, resolving complex operational or commercial issues;
  • Acting as a mentor and first point of reference for junior sales representatives; onboarding new hires, reviewing their pipelines, and coaching them on negotiation and account management;
  • Using internal data & BI tools to analyze portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive data-informed decisions;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, finance) to remove obstacles and accelerate partner growth.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience as an account manager or sales representative in FMCG sector, ideally in Sports nutrition;
  • Demonstrated track record of independently closing and growing B2B partnerships;
  • Prior experience mentoring, onboarding, or informally leading colleagues; genuine interest in growing into a people-management role;
  • Native-level German and professional English (B2/C1);
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning pricing and contract discussions with limited oversight;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to prioritize across a large and complex portfolio.
