What will your day look like?
- Personally manage and close high-stakes business opportunities within the FMCG sector (Modern & Traditional Trade);
- Spearhead relationships with top-tier retail chains and lead negotiations for annual contracts and commercial conditions;
- Translate GymBeam's commercial strategy into actionable targets for the junior team to ensure regional growth;
- Use internal data software to monitor both individual and team performance, ensuring margin and revenue goals are met;
- Identify bottlenecks in the current B2B sales process and implement improvements to increase team efficiency;
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Sport Nutrition industry to guide the team's pitch and positioning.
Who are we looking for?
- Deep knowledge of the Modern Trade landscape and successful experience with listing procedures;
- Prior experience in Sport Nutrition or the health/wellness industry is highly preferred;
- Native-level of Slovak language and professional level of English language (B2/C1);
- Ability to delegate effectively, and handle performance management with growth mindset;
- Advanced data literacy; ability to manage complex margins and sales forecasts;
- A "Lead by Example" attitude. Your are still a closer, but you find success in the success of your team.
