What will your day look like?
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for various open positions, helping leadership find, hire, and retain top talent;
- Continuously collaborate with the HR Manager and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies;
- Manage candidate sourcing strategies;
- Coordinate recruitment processes and support hiring managers;
- Create and post job openings across platforms such as social media and job boards;
- Build talent networks to identify qualified active and passive candidates;
- Search for passive candidates through headhunting;
- Screen applicants to assess whether they meet the requirements for the given position;
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers;
- Track the status of the selection process;
- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of current recruitment plans and strategies.
Who are we looking for?
- Recent graduate;
- German language: advanced/conversational level (B2+), English language: advanced level (B2);
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Familiarity with job portals, HR software, databases, and systems;
- Experience with, or willingness to work with, AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and administrative recruitment tasks;
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Highly proactive approach with a client-oriented mindset;
- Analytical thinking and data orientation;
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently;
- Ability to adapt and respond to different personality types.
