What will your day look like?
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards;
- Implementing and maintaining HACCP, IFS, BIO organic, and regulatory requirements;
- Conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and driving corrective and preventive actions;
- Performing inspections, laboratory analyses, and microbiological sampling/testing;
- Reviewing, validating, and publishing microbiological test results;
- Managing quality assurance of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products;
- Handling complaints, investigations, and resolution processes;
- Ensuring batch traceability, recipe compliance, and production order release;
- Training employees and maintaining work discipline standards;
- Monitoring production processes, equipment, KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
- Suitable for graduates, 2+ years of experience in food production, or 1+ year of experience in the same position in a different type of industry;
- Leadership skills, ability to manage staff, and employee supervision;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities;
- Language: German C1, English B2.
