What will your day look like?
- Providing the store's smooth daily operation;
- Giving product advice when needed and informing customers of deals and promotions;
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed;
- Handling webshop store pickup orders;
- Resolving customer queries and complaints;
- Working the cash register and card payment terminals;
- Handling stockroom and products;
- Keeping up the clean and hygiene of the store and the warehouse;
- Daily reporting to the store manager;
- Preparing events, helping and executing events in the store and if needed, away from the store.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills;
- Basic understanding of nutrition and sports supplements;
- Strongly customer-oriented, communicative, helpful and positive personality;
- Passion for sport and healthy lifestyle is a must;
- Experience in a retail sales environment;
- Willingness to gain new knowledge in area of sport, health/food, nutritions in your free time;
- Clean criminal record;
- Medium level of English language is an advantage.
