What will your day look like?
- Prepare all marketing and communication activities in cooperation with the Head of Local Marketing on a quarterly basis;
- Prepare and create local content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc;
- Prepare and execute newsletters;
- Assist in organizing and participate in photo and video shoots, events, and other marketing campaigns;
- Support the Head of Local Marketing with the preparation of local promotions and discounts;
- Evaluate data and prepare accurate reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and performance;
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and other teams on relevant projects of all sizes;
- Execute other marketing activities assigned by the Head of Local Marketing;
- Develop creative marketing campaigns and ideas that increase profit and build brand awareness;
- Stay up to date with current technologies, social media trends, and new marketing opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or as a social media manager;
- University degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field;
- Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in English and native Czech speaker;
- Strong experience in social media, communications, and marketing strategy;
- Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored to different platforms;
- Ability to independently prepare and evaluate campaign performance reports;
- Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with customer empathy and market intuition;
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
