ENGINEERING WORKER

What will your day look like?

  • Take full responsibility for the entire electrical engineering area at our Kempen manufacture and ensure the reliable operation of all electrical systems;
  • Support our custom machine-building projects from concept to commissioning by designing, assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control cabinets;
  • Program, operate, and continuously optimize production equipment using the Siemens TIA Portal;
  • Utilize our modern in-house 3D printing technology to develop prototypes, produce spare parts, and create tools and fixtures that improve production efficiency;
  • Ensure maximum equipment availability by carrying out preventive maintenance and independently diagnosing and resolving electrical faults;
  • Work closely with the mechanical engineering and maintenance teams, providing support on interdisciplinary technical tasks whenever required;
  • Maintain and service the site's compressed air systems to ensure reliable plant operation;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes, equipment reliability, and technical standards. 

Who are we looking for?

  • English language - B2, German - C1;
  • Completed vocational training in industrial electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable technical field;
  • Practical experience in control cabinet assembly, wiring, and electrical installations;
  • Solid knowledge of control systems and hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal programming and operation;
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong interest in 3D printing, prototyping, and creative technical problem-solving;
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility for the electrical engineering area;
  • The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; experience with CAD software for 3D printing is considered a strong advantage;
  • A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different technical disciplines.
