What will your day look like?
- Ensure correct functioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of AutoStore and assigned technology;
- Perform basic internal maintenance and coordinate external providers for complex repairs;
- Monitor system performance, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety standards;
- Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and software issues (hardware, Wi-Fi, cabling);
- Act as main contact for technical support and suppliers, using ticketing system for escalations;
- Train warehouse staff and operators on correct use and best practices;
- Support daily operations: order troubleshooting, goods in/out, jammed bins, and robot servicing;
- Use eManager software and other tools to monitor and improve workflows;
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (IT, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement) to optimize processes;
- Contribute to innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement projects.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience with AutoStore or similar automated warehouse systems preferred;
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows;
- Technical aptitude with IT, network, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting;
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure;
- Effective communication skills and ability to train and support teams;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English at intermediate level (B1/B2);
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or engineering/IT background is an advantage.
