What will your day look like?
- Design and deploy AI systems and agents to automate processes across the company (Operations, IT, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, HR);
- Build and orchestrate AI agents using LLM frameworks for autonomous decision-making and multi-agent collaboration;
- Develop backend and cloud architecture primarily in Python and TypeScript (e.g., GCP);
- Integrate AI via APIs with internal and external systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, logistics, accounting);
- Implement RAG architectures and manage vector databases to leverage enterprise context;
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and manual tasks suitable for automation;
- Manage LLMOps and monitoring to track accuracy, optimize token costs, and resolve technical issues;
- Ensure AI safety and control through escalation rules and Human-in-the-Loop workflows;
- Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, codebases, and automated workflows;
- Drive AI innovation by tracking industry trends and proposing new LLM technologies.
Who are we looking for?
- Hands-on backend development experience in Python or TypeScript;
- Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering;
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI);
- Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure);
- API design and integration skills (REST, webhooks) for system connectivity;
- Understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant);
- Process-oriented mindset to identify inefficiencies and propose automations;
- Familiarity with business systems such as e-commerce, logistics, ERP, or CRM;
- Outcome-driven focus on shipping real solutions rather than just prototypes;
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams.
