What will your day look like?
- Development and maintenance of AI chatbots and email automation for customers;
- Implementation of conversational AI agents for automating customer requests;
- Building Python automations in Google Cloud Platform and SQL transformations in BigQuery;
- API integrations with e-commerce platform, CRM, logistics and other systems;
- Analysis and reporting of conversational data for monitoring and optimization of automations;
- Collaboration with customer care, IT and data teams on improving automations.
Who are we looking for?
- Are you a developer or data specialist who wants to work on AI automation projects in e-commerce;
- You know Python, SQL and can work with data;
- You can work with REST APIs and have analytical thinking;
- You work with Git and have basic orientation in cloud platforms (ideally GCP);
- You're curious, a quick learner, and eager to grow.
