Fixed monthly salary of 30 000 - 40 000 CZK

Performance quarterly bonus of 4000 CZK (16000 CZK / year)

  • Taking full ownership of the store and its commercial success;

  • Leading and managing the team of 3-5 people and ensuring smooth daily operations of the store;

  • Driving improvements in the store’s sales, efficiency and profitability, and overseeing the store’s budget;

  • Leading service by example; maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor;

  • Placement of products, planning and controlling of sales, tracking of stock;

  • Co-creating promotional materials and visual promotion of the products; 

  • Communicating & managing store’s presence on the social media;

  • Hiring, onboarding and continuous training of shop assistants;

  • Scheduling staff, assignment of daily tasks and assessment of their performance;

  • Ensuring health and safety regulations at the store;

  • Helping organize and execute events that take place in the store or that deviate from "business as usual";

  • Responsible for keeping the store (and the storage) in a clean and hygienic state in all circumstances;

  • Sharing best practices to drive the collective performance of all GymBeam stores.


  • Minimum of 12 months of proven experience as Store manager;

  • Experience in retail sales environment, preferably in the field of nutrition/sport/fashion;

  • Customer- oriented, communicative and positive personality;

  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles;

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work;

  • Marketing & social media communication skills are an advantage;

  • Team player and proven record of leading a team;

  • Medium level of English language (level B1-B2);

  • Medium level of Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
