Salary range from 1300€ to 1500€ monthly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take full ownership (with all the necessary tasks) of the store and its commercial success;

  • Lead and manage the team (3-5 people + part timers), store operations and provide the store's smooth daily, weekly, monthly and yearly operation;

  • Drive improvements in the store’s sales, efficiency and profitability, leading of the store’s budget;

  • Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor;

  • Placement of products (visual merchandising), planning and controlling of sales, tracking of stock;

  • Co-create promotional materials and visual promotion of the products together with Retail manager and Country manager;

  • Communicate & manage store’s presence on the social media;

  • Hiring, onboarding and continuous training of shop assistants and part timers;

  • Schedule staff, assignment of daily tasks and assessment of their performance;

  • Ensuring health and safety regulations at the store;

  • Solving difficult situations with customers;

  • Prepare and execute monthly meetings with your team and 1-on-1 meetings;

  • Do mystery shoppings with your team;

  • Ensuring all the necessary documentation for the store is ready and it is updated;

  • Helping to organize, prepare and execute events that take place in the store or that deviate from the business as usual;

  • Responsible for the clean store, in order to keep the store (and the storage) in a clean and hygienic state in all circumstances;

  • Share best practices to drive the collective performance of all GymBeam stores.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 12 months of proven experience as a store manager;

  • Experience in retail sales environment (nutrition/sport/fashion preferably);

  • Customer and goal-oriented, communicative, positive personality;

  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles;

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work;

  • Marketing & social media communication skills are an advantage;

  • Team player with a proven record of leading the team;

  • Detail oriented;

  • Medium level of English language to communicate within the GymBeam company;

  • Medium level of Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
