We currently operate in 14 European markets, have been awarded as the "e-shop of the year" in several countries, and have millions of customers who share our passion for fitness and health.
We are currently looking for a new talent who is eager to grow and learn, implementing new ideas that will help us become No. 1 fitness e-shop in the Hungarian market.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE
You will participate on the revenue growth within the Hungarian market, determining the strategy for the local marketing activities, following the compliance with pricing policy;
You will actively look for new opportunities such as new marketing and sales channels, acquisition of new customers, identifying potential new groups;
You will come up with "out of box" marketing campaigns which will lead the generation of profit and promoting brand awareness;
You will prepare a plan and local strategy on a Q basis for marketing and communication channels;
You will be responsible for preparing and executing the local marketing activities in the given marketing, local content on social networks such as:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube;
Newsletters;
Local promotions and discounts;
Community management and collabs.
You will organize and attend to photo and video shootings, events and other campaigns located in Budapest
You will be responsible for constantly improve the local customer experience, measuring their satisfaction
You will supervise the flow of daily activities to customers regarding communication, delivery, translations for marketing purposes and the e-shop itself
You will evaluate date and create accurate reports on keys metrics in order to monitor campaigns efficiency and its performance
You will stay up-to-date with current technologies and help identify social media and marketing tends and key opportunities

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 3 years of experience in the marketing, social media management, e-commerce or any related field;
University degree in Marketing, Communication Media or similar relevant field - additional marketing certification is a plus;
Great know-how in social media, communications and marketing strategy with ability to evaluate campaigns;
Great knowledge and insights on Hungarian market and customer needs and preferences;
Native/fluent Hungarian speaker (C2 level);
Advanced English skills (C1 level);
Available to travel when it's needed;
Strong attention to details & data-driven for decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customers and instinct for the market;
Drive for new ideas and creative thinking with excellent team work and networking skills;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively to maintain a fast-paced, independent and smooth workflow;
Passionate about health and fitness industry and lifestyle.

We are looking for candidates based in Budapest or surrounding areas, available for occasional business trips to our main office in Košice. Candidates can be based in Slovakia, preferred in Košice, but they should be available to go to Budapest for local events and when it's needed.
