Fixed monthly salary from 1200 to 1800 EUR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
  • manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent;
  • continuously partner with the HR manager and hiring managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies;
  • managing sourcing strategies;
  • coordinating hiring pipelines and supporting hiring managers;
  • develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards;
  • build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates;
  • source passive candidates - headhunting;
  • review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
  • performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
  • coordinating interviews with the hiring managers;
  • following up on the interview process status;
  • determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies;
  • tracking analytics within the hiring process for each position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+Y experience in a similar position;
  • English level: Full professional proficiency;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems;
  • ability to communicate effectively across departments;
  • strong organizational skills;
  • proactivity;
  • analytically driven and oriented;
  • ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
