What will your day look like?

  • uploading supplier data and order details (dates, vendors, product quantities, discounts) into our internal system and databases;

  • analyzing and maintaining information about suppliers, products for listing or delisting, size and periodicity of orders, margins as well as trade conditions;

  • providing support with order & vendor management as well as transport coordination;

  • helping senior colleagues to maintain invoices and supplier contracts up-to-date.

Who are we looking for?

  • this position is suitable for a university student with specialization in business administration, commerce or other relevant field;

  • you speak English fluently (level B2);

  • you have analytical skills and enjoy paying attention to details;

  • you are able to run several tasks simultaneously and take over a responsibility;

  • you feel comfortable working in a dynamic work environment;

  • you have a growth mindset and continuously learn new skills.
