                    We are looking for a Product Owner to help us build the biggest e-commerce platform for 160 million fitness enthusiasts in the CEE region:
                    • we are building a fast-moving team with 4 developers, a QA engineer, a product owner and a junior product owner to implement a suite of open source business apps including CRM, e-commerce, billing, accounting, warehouse, and project management;
                    • we have chosen Odoo, a modular and flexible software written in Python that can be adapted to all companies and is considered the future of ERP systems;
                    • we want to do a most comprehensive implementation done in Slovakia, and a model implementation for any e-commerce in Central and Eastern Europe;
                    • we are the fastest growing fitness company in Europe with 250 employees.

                    WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB:

                    • define and execute vision of Odoo as our backbone IT system, aligned with customer needs, company growth and technological strategy;
                    • help stakeholders estimate impact of their requirements, steer priorities between various stakeholders at GymBeam; 
                    • decide product solutions, manage stakeholders and their expectations, own and maintain the roadmap;
                    • be lean, build products incrementally, deliver value fast;
                    • own the backlog, plan sprints, motivate and be responsible for the delivery of the team;
                    • actively look for ways to improve product, customer experience and company’s bottom line;
                    • improve IT processes with other product owners;
                    • work with numbers, quantify expected end-to-end business impact, make data-based decisions, research users, A/B test a lot.

                    WHAT WILL BE YOUR GOALS:

                    • develop e-commerce platform that will serve customers all over Europe;
                    • deliver solutions for warehouse management and our flagship stores in the first year;
                    • improve customer experience (external and internal);
                    • Increase effectivity of internal processes and decrease error rate;
                    • high delivery of business value by your team. 

                    SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

                    • you like moving fast, getting things done, and delivering value to customers;
                    • lean mindset, results-driven, always going the extra mile;
                    • experience with leading development in an e-commerce, SaaS, or software company;
                    • experience with stakeholder management and defining product roadmaps;
                    • technology enthusiast, data-driven person with growth mindset;
                    • capable of strategic overview on the company level, and attention to detail on the team level;
                    • interested in e-commerce, prizes learning and personal growth;
                    • it’s a plus, if you have some domain knowledge in warehouse management, sales, accounting, etc;
                    • entrepreneurship experience is welcome.
