RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • create and schedule social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc;
  • communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, develop discussions and monitor customer reviews;
  • prepare and execute newsletters; 
  • be able to execute marketing campaigns, prepare evaluations and come up with further action steps for improvement;  
  • proactively propose ideas, solutions and features to develop brand awareness and help further improve the social media, online presence and business; 
  • help in the daily marketing and sales-related tasks, like preparation of daily sales, an organization with events and other campaign preparation and production;
  • direct communication and coordination with the marketing department over performance and global brand strategy;
  • be able to fulfil copywriting tasks connected with the preparation of marketing campaigns; 
  • actively work with all available data and adjust social media and marketing campaign preparation according to them; 
  • stay up-to-date with current technologies and help identify marketing trends and key opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2Y+ experience in marketing or/also as social media manager;
  • graduate of a university with a focus on marketing, communication and media or similar relevant field;
  • additional marketing certifications are a plus;
  • experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop) is a plus;
  • fluent in English; 
  • impeccable writing skills are a must;
  • demonstrated capabilities in social media, copywriting, email marketing, communications, marketing strategy and have the ability to maintain a fast-paced, independent and fluid workflow;
  • thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and services of the company;
  • able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
  • drive for new ideas and creative thinking;
  • customer orientation, empathy and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills;
  • excellent organizational and negotiating skills; a proven ability to work in a matrix organization;
  • ability to multitask and prioritise work;
  • a passion for the health industry and lifestyle.
