Our performance marketing team is currently looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will work with us on various marketing automatization projects. Are you wondering what our day looks like? Here are some of the interesting challenges we are working on:

  • How to use automatic campaigns to increase the share of repeated orders on the Polish market? 

  • After what time is it best to reach a customer with an abandoned cart? 

  • How to time a TV commercial and a big sale, so that their results can be evaluated separately?

Do you also enjoy working with lots of data? Then you can look forward to working with data on 200,000 shipped orders per month, from 2 million unique customers, in 15 different markets.


In addition to that, you will participate in the following daily activities:

  • Preparing automated email and sms campaigns;

  • Preparing data in ETL tool (Keboola) and developing campaigns in Python;

  • Improving long-term customer relationships and increasing customer lifetime value through properly targeted personalized communication;

  • Evaluating marketing campaigns and preparing reports with results for our leadership team;

  • Improving marketing campaigns through implementation of A/B tests;

  • Analyzing customer behaviors in cooperation with the marketing, sales IT & data teams.


We understand that nobody is perfect and meets 100% of the requirements. If you however are genuinely curious about the world of marketing automation and meet some of the criteria below, we will be happy to meet you! 

In order to be successful in this role, you need the following skills: 

  • SQL or Python (you will work on a practical task in SQL / Python as part of our interview process);

  • Analytical thinking skills; 

  • Intermediate level of English (level B2);

  • Interest in analyzing customer data.

If you have the following skills, it is a big PLUS, but not required: 

  • Experience with data analysis in retail as well marketing automation;

  • Advanced statistical models, CLV modeling, RFM, predictive algorithms, customer segmentation;

  • Keboola, Gooddata, Google Analytics.
