RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • researches local-level opportunities and trends, develops and implements marketing plans customized for PL market;
  • oversee brand integrity across PL market, ensuring that all creative communications meet brand guidelines;
  • creates and coordinates, publishes and shares engaging local-level content daily on all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, newsletters and banners;
  • communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, develop discussions and monitor customer reviews;
  • develop and execute influencer and brand marketing strategies;
  • identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders;
  • plan influencer’s social media content and campaigns;
  • attend relevant events for networking and business purposes;
  • be able to execute creative marketing campaigns, prepare evaluations and further actions steps;
  • monitors local-level marketing initiatives, tracks expenses and ROI with focus on improving effectivity of campaigns; 
  • proactively proposes ideas, solutions and features to develop brand awareness and help further improve the social media, online presence and business; 
  • helps in the daily marketing and sales-related tasks, like preparation of daily sales, organization of photo and video shootings, events and other campaign preparation, planning and production;
  • direct communication with Country Manager and coordination with the marketing department over performance and global brand strategy;
  • stays up-to-date with current technologies and helps identify marketing trends and key opportunities;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2Y+ experience in marketing;
  • graduate of a university with a focus on marketing, communication and media or similar relevant field;
  • additional marketing certifications are a plus;
  • fluent in English and native Polish;
  • impeccable writing skills are a must;
  • demonstrated capabilities in social media, copywriting, communications, marketing strategy, influencer marketing, interpersonal relations and have the ability to maintain a fast-paced, independent and fluid workflow;
  • thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and services of the company;
  • ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data and other tools;
  • drive for new ideas and creative thinking;
  • customer orientation, empathy and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
  • deep insights on local market and consumers;
  • excellent organizational and negotiating skills; a proven ability to work in a matrix organization;
  • ability to multitask and prioritize work;
  • negotiating skills;
  • in-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry;
  • a passion for the health industry and lifestyle.
