Fixed monthly salary from 2500 - 3500 €
manage the staffing process, including preparing sourcing strategy, hiring pipeline and supervise hiring process, onboarding process and exit process;
management support, managing salary policy, ensure job descriptions and scope of jobs, company education programs;
participate in the company's employer branding activities (e.g., LinkedIn publishing plan, employer branding events, company PR…);
develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities;
help organize training, development initiatives, manage company skill matrix and rotation program;
create a compensation strategy and benefits for all employees, participation in regular salary reviews;
ownership for HR analytics and continues improvement of processes;
manage HR development projects.
5Y+ experience in a HR (positions);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Analytically driven, proactivity, strong organizational skills;
experience in developing processes in company with full autonomy;
English - Advanced (C1).
