Junior HR Generalist
Fixed monthly salary 1000-1500 EUR
- ownership for stuffing;
- hiring process - assist with the recruitment process to hiring managers: preparing sourcing strategy, identifying candidates, questionnaire, manage initial screening, manage interviews with hiring managers and internal or external experts and signing contracts.
- on-boarding, post-on-boarding and out-boarding of employees;
- participate in the company's employer branding activities (e.g., LinkedIn publishing plan, team buildings, public events);
- help organize training, development initiatives, manage company skill matrix and overlaps program;
- participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures;
- participate in HR projects.
