help organizing training & development initiatives, manage company skill matrix and rotation programs;
organization of internal and external workshops, employer branding events;
on-boarding, post-on-boarding and off-boarding of employees;
collect and analyze data on various HR metrics (recruitment, retention, exit interviews, etc.);
collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics to track and analyze;
conduct ad-hoc analysis to support HR projects and initiatives;
participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
