Head of Local Marketing CZ/SK

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE

• Participate in revenue growth within the market, directly determines strategy for CZ/SK marketing activities, sets and ensure compliance with pricing policy in order to achieve revenue and profit growth, acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of regular customers;

• You will report directly to the RCM, communicating and coordinating the marketing department over global brand strategy;

• Actively looking for new growth opportunities, such as new types of customers and new marketing and sales channels;

• Prepare and supervise the execution for local marketing activities in the given market, such as content acquisition, community management, collaborations, organization of events and other campaigns;

• Participate in constantly improvement of the local customer experience;

• You will lead the local team including marketing specialists and pricing activities;

• Supervise the delivery of daily activities to customers regarding communication, delivery, translations for marketing purposes and the e-shop itself.

• Monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets;

• Ensure your team collaborates effectively and that resources are optimally allocated to drive revenue growth.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce industry, Marketing or other relevant fields;

• Fluent in English and Czech language;

• Results-driven, with a proven track record of developing, launching and managing business endeavors in given market, while delivering demonstrable growth;

• Versatile skill-set, including but not limited to operations, business development and marketing;

• Deep insights on local market and consumers;

• Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;

• Demonstrated leadership skills in building, manage and motivate high-performing teams;

• Excellent organizational and negotiating skills; a proven ability to work in a matrix organization and effectively influence colleagues;

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills;

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work;

• A passion for the health industry, lifestyle and a desire to create opportunities that will change lives through well-managed sport exercising, full of energy and style.
