Fixed monthly salary from 2 800 to 3 500 € (Performance bonus twice a year starting from 3900 €)

We currently operate in 14 European markets and have been awarded the "eshop of the year" in several countries. We have millions of customers who share our passion for fitness and health! GymBeam mainly sells more than 90% of its turnover through D2C channels.In the past year we have verified the potential of our private products for B2B partners and acquired players such as Alza, Dr. Max, Pill and many more. In the local markets of CEE, we have developed B2B sales for more than 200 smaller clients, such as fitness centers and various sports venues. In the future we plan to develop our business in B2B partnerships throughout as well as outside of the CEE region, and therefore, we are looking for an ambitious manager to build it together with us. Are you up for the challenge? 


- Defining and determining a sales strategy for the acquisition and increase of GMV in B2B partners; - Revision of sales pipeline and setting KPIs / goals for the team; - Process automation to increase team efficiency and the best customer service; - Strategy design for automated sales and marketing campaigns and evaluation; - Performance monitoring and goal setting / KPIs in a team of account managers across countries; - Direct management and motivation of new 7 members team and indirect management of local teams; - Leading and assisting in the acquisition of large and interesting potential partners inside and outside CEE.


- Team building and implementation of structure, processes for B2B business; - Increase GMV and share for B2B with the required margin; - High NPS for B2B partners.


- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in a leading position and overlap in B2B marketing;
- Experience in dealing with sales management, pipeline with goal and data-driven evaluation;
- Ability to get things done: You have to be smart, bold, persistent and good with people to succeed;
- Results-driven,with a proven track record of developing, launching and managing business endeavors in given markets while delivering demonstrable growth;
- Team player with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business;
- Passion for the health industry, life-style and a desire to create opportunities that will change lives through well-managed sport exercising, full of energy and style.
