Fixed monthly salary 2000-3800 EUR (depending on seniority and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Analyse the microbiological, physical and chemical properties of food and ingredients to make sure they are safe for consumers;
  •  evaluating the nutritional value, colour, flavour and texture of food;
  •  testing food samples for particular types of moulds, yeast and bacteria that may be harmful;
  •  ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with government, processing, consumer and industry standards;
  •  exploring alternative manufacturing methods;
  •  producing new food products;
  •  working closely with other food production staff including microbiologists, engineers, packaging specialists and buyers;
  •  investigating and setting standards for safety and quality;
  •  information support for the marketing department and customer support;
  •  regular product quality testing;
  •  responsible for communication with bureaus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • PhD. degree, graduate of doctoral studies from fields Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food hygiene, Food quality, Food safetyor a related field;
  • English - Upper intermediate (B2);
  • knowledge and interest in the field of nutritional supplements and healthy foods;
  • knowledge of business and marketing field is the advantage, passion for our industry and the role itself.
