Finance intern (suitable for university student)

What will your day look like?

You will participate in the processes of our financial department and individual subdivisions, such as:

• preparation of reports, forecasts, analysis of deviations and their interpretation according to the assignment of the financial manager; 

• analysis of monthly financial data and indicators;

• analysis and processing of data from external sources;

• ad-hoc analysis and evaluation of accounting and financial data, correction of the internal accounting process;

• providing support with the posting of daily journal entries;

• reconciliation of account receivables and payables, banks, bill payments or inventories

• payroll agenda and communication with social and health insurance authorities;

• cooperation with other departments, Finance manager and CFO;

• investing and solving problems arising during the operational activities;

• data processing from external sources.

Who are we looking for?

• suitable for a university student in accounting/finance/economy/business;

• advanced skill in spreadsheets;

• advanced Slovak and upper-intermediate English language (level B2);

• solid and independent analytical thinking;

• good understanding of financial reports;

• highly organized and compliance oriented.
