Employer branding specialist
Full-time regular employment contract (TPP)
Medior (2+ years of experience)
Fixed monthly salary from 1300 € to 1600 €
What will your day look like?
develop and implement an employer branding strategy that reflects the company's values, culture, and mission;
create engaging content for various platforms (website, social media, career sites, etc.) that showcases the company's culture and values to potential employees;
collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and highlight the company's unique selling points as an employer, including its employee benefits, training and development opportunities, and work-life balance initiatives;
participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's employer brand;
develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective employees to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process;
monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices in employer branding to ensure that the company remains competitive in attracting top talent;
assist employees to improve public speaking skills through recommendations, courses or workshops ideas;
organize, plan and promote selected events with focus on maintaining and developing positive image of employer branding, including communication with speakers;
ensure quality presentation and communication of the company on competitions focused on employer branding, human resources or e-commerce related awards.
Who are we looking for?
bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, HR or related field;
2+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related field;
additional employer branding, marketing or PR certifications are a plus;
fluent in English (level B2/C1);
excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills;
strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content;
experience managing social media and other digital platforms;
ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners;
strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
