What will your day look like?

  • Communicating with Romanian customers via mail, phone and social media;

  • Responding to customer reviews;

  • Assisting with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;

  • Checking and creating credit memos for B2B and B2C customers;

  • Checking the status of orders and resolving any issues with the orders;

  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools;

  • Working with the team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;

  • Collaborating with the business team regarding product questions and with the marketing team regarding promotions;

  • Answering any questions the customer may have about available products and services;

  • Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;

  • Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and working quickly to resolve them.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven customer support experience or the proven potential to learn this field quickly;

  • Advanced/native level of Romanian (C1-C2) and intermediate level of English (B1-B2);

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters;

  • Dedication to customer satisfaction, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
