Customer Care Specialist Romania
Full-time regular employment contract / freelance work contract
Fixed monthly salary of 900 - 1100 €
Slovakia or Romania (fully remote)
What will your day look like?
Communicating with Romanian customers via mail, phone and social media;
Responding to customer reviews;
Assisting with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
Checking and creating credit memos for B2B and B2C customers;
Checking the status of orders and resolving any issues with the orders;
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools;
Working with the team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;
Collaborating with the business team regarding product questions and with the marketing team regarding promotions;
Answering any questions the customer may have about available products and services;
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
Selecting appropriate responses to customer issues and working quickly to resolve them.
Who are we looking for?
Proven customer support experience or the proven potential to learn this field quickly;
Advanced/native level of Romanian (C1-C2) and intermediate level of English (B1-B2);
Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters;
Dedication to customer satisfaction, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
Strong attention to detail;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
