Customer Care Specialist
Full-time employment contract / Full-time freelance contract
Fixed salary range from 850 - 1000 € monthly

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE
You will be responsible for responding to customer reviews in Hungary and assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;
You will check and create credit memos for B2B and B2C customers;
You will follow-up with the orders' status and solve the issues it might come up;
You will provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods&tools;
You will work with the Country Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;
You will collaborate with the business team regarding product questions, or with the marketing team regarding promotions;
You will answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services;
You will follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
You will select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Experience in call center or customer service field;
University under-graduate or fresh graduate is preferred;
Native Hungarian speaker (C2);
Advanced English skills (C1);
Excellent communication skills;
Customer focused & obsessed: ability to adapt and respond to different types of personas;
Strong attention to details skills, data-driven & passionate about customer satisfaction;
Familiar with CRM systems and practices;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
