We are GymBeam and our vision is to build the largest fitness & health food platform and be among the top 3 biggest players in all markets of Europe.

We are looking for a Customer care specialist who is eager to learn and grow, implementing new ideas that will help our GymBeam team to become No. 1 fitness e-shop in the CEE market.

Are you up for the challenge?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • respond to emails, phone calls, Facebook & Instagram messages and messages on marketplaces on local market

  • respond to customer reviews on google, facebook, price comparison websites and other based on local market

  • assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

  • checks and creates credit memos for B2B and B2C customers

  • checks the status of orders and solves the issues of the orders

  • work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

  • collaborate with the business team regarding product questions, or with the marketing team regarding promotions

  • review customers reviews of products on local website

  • follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them


REQUIREMENTS:

  • call center or customer service experience preferred

  • university under-graduate or fresh graduate preferred

  • customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • dedication to customer satisfaction

  • excellent communication skills and a strong command of Hungarian language

  • familiar with CRM systems and practices

  • strong attention to detail 

  • ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • fluent in english (at least B1 level)
