We are looking for a Customer care specialist who is eager to learn and grow, implementing new ideas that will help our GymBeam team to become No. 1 fitness e-shop in the CEE market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
respond to emails, phone calls, Facebook & Instagram messages and messages on marketplaces on local market
respond to customer reviews on google, facebook, price comparison websites and other based on local market
assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
checks and creates credit memos for B2B and B2C customers
checks the status of orders and solves the issues of the orders
work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
collaborate with the business team regarding product questions, or with the marketing team regarding promotions
review customers reviews of products on local website
follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
REQUIREMENTS:
call center or customer service experience preferred
university under-graduate or fresh graduate preferred
customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
dedication to customer satisfaction
excellent communication skills and a strong command of Hungarian language
familiar with CRM systems and practices
strong attention to detail
ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
fluent in english (at least B1 level)
