  • Responsible for managing all operations within the country, this includes B2C and B2B revenue growth plan, direct determination of strategy for channels such as influencer marketing, retail, B2B, pricing policy, in order to achieve revenue growth, ROI channel,% new customers, and customer retention;
  • Direct communication with RCM and coordination with the marketing department over performance and global brand strategy;
  • Actively looking for new growth opportunities, such as new types of customers, new channels and new product verticals;
  • Preparation and supervision of execution for local marketing activities across 2 markets in online and "offline", such as content acquisition, community management, influencer marketing, PR and collaboration;
  • Constantly improving local customer experience, including logistics, payment options, web communication. To do this, use the collection of customer feedback and define steps to improve NPS, CSAT online and in the retails;
  • Lead a local team including customer care, assistant country manager, marketing specialist, influencer coordinator and B2B and pricing activities;
  • Supervise the delivery of daily activities to customers regarding communication, delivery, translations for marketing purposes and the e-shop itself;
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets;
  • Ensure your team collaborates effectively and that resources are optimally allocated to drive revenue growth.


  • 3Y+ experience with leading people in a country manager role in the e-commerce industry, in marketing, business development or other relevant fields;
  • Fluent in English and local market language(s);
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of developing, launching and managing business endeavours in given markets, while delivering demonstrable growth;
  • Versatile skill-set, including but not limited to operations, business development, and marketing;
  • Deep insights on local market and consumers;
  • Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in building, manage and motivate high-performing teams;
  • Excellent organizational and negotiating skills; a proven ability to work in a matrix organization and effectively influence colleagues;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work;
