Hello, there! We are GymBeam and our vision is to build the largest fitness & health food platform and be among the top 3 biggest players in all markets of Europe. We currently operate in 14 European markets, have been awarded as the "eshop of the year" in several countries, and have millions of customers who share our passion for fitness and health.

 

We are currently looking for a new colleague in Bulgaria who is eager to produce and implement his/her own ideas that will help us become No. 1 fitness e-shop in the Bulgarian market. If you know a thing or two about online marketing and e-commerce and would like to work with us on ambitious and meaningful projects, then this is the role for you. Are you up for the challenge?

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • You will manage all operations within the country, primarily for our B2C customers and partially for our B2B partners;

  • You will oversee local marketing activities, such as:

    • Influencer marketing; 

    • Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube);

    • Pricing policy;

  • You will proactively search for and execute new sales & marketing opportunities in order to improve our revenue growth plan as well as brand awareness of GymBeam;

  • We will rely on you to constantly improve local customer experience by paying close attention to customer feedback (NPS & CSAT); 

  • You will lead and act as a mentor to a small local team consisting of customer care and marketing specialists to ensure high employee engagement and performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We understand that nobody is perfect and meets 100% of the requirements. If you however are genuinely passionate about ecommerce & digital marketing and fulfill most criteria below, we definitely want to meet you: 

  • You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of e-commerce, digital marketing and/or business development;

  • You can speak and write the Bulgarian and English language fluently; 

  • You are a results-driven person with a proven track record of developing, launching and managing business endeavors in the Bulgarian market, while delivering demonstrable growth;

  • You are able to make data-driven decisions while balancing it with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;

  • You possess excellent organizational and negotiating skills which allow you to communicate your ideas effectively and influence others to make a positive impact;

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;

  • If you share our passion for the health & fitness industry, it would be a great plus. :)
